Emiratization Leadership Fast-Track Programme

Emirates is launching the Fly High Programme in Dubai, aimed at Emiratization and leadership development for high-performing graduates. This selective 3-year journey includes rotations across key business areas and mentorship. Candidates should be Emiratizations with a family book, aged 27 or below, and hold a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of at least 3.5. Salaries start at AED 24,545 in the first year, increasing to AED 34,860 in the third year, alongside numerous benefits such as comprehensive medical cover and travel perks.
