Emiratization - Teacher train to hire programme

Al‑Futtaim Education Foundation’s Train to Hire Programme is a fully‑funded pathway designed to develop the next generation of Emirati educators. The programme is open to Emiratization graduates from any bachelor’s degree discipline who are passionate about shaping young minds and committed to a career in education. Participants will earn a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Birmingham, while gaining hands‑on classroom experience in one of Dubai’s leading international schools.

Responsibilities

• Structured on‑site classroom observation and support
• Co‑teaching alongside experienced educators

• Regular mentoring and performance reviews
