Position Summary
:The Employee Engagement Manager leads and supports the Employee Engagement team in executing initiatives that enhance internal employee communications, employee development and training programs, onboarding processes, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programming. This role oversees employee recognition efforts, performance management systems, employee events, and community service opportunities such as the United Way Campaign. Operating under managerial supervision within the Human Resources department, the position fosters a positive and productive organizational culture through collaborative leadership and coordination.
