At ING Hubs Spain we are looking for an Employee Journey Expert to join our HR team within the new Hubs Spain based in Madrid. The role involves collaborating with the HR team to enhance the employee experience across the life‑cycle, ensuring effectiveness, quality, speed, compliance and cost‑efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring timely compliance with Social Security, SEPE, ERP and relevant platforms; act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
• Provide end‑to‑end HR solutions to support employees and improve their experience.
• Ensure local and global People Services standards are met, align with an HR risk‑management mindset, and administer labor documentation in accordance with Spanish law.
