Job Description

• Ensure proper implementation of company rules, regulations, and DOLE policies.
• Review and evaluate all submitted incident reports (IR).
• Prepare and issue notices to explain to concerned employees.
• Review and assess written explanations from employees.
• Conduct administrative hearings when necessary.
• Prepare case decisions and consult with Legal Counsel as needed.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Labor Laws and current DOLE mandates.
• Attend and represent the company in labor hearings.
• Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances.
• Monitor updates on labor laws and wage orders.
• Develop and implement new company policies as required.
