Ubiquity is seeking a People Advocate for our PH Offices. This position is responsible for acting as an advisor on specific areas of employment laws, mediating employee disputes, representing the company in external mediation, and supporting the HR Business Partners Group as an expert consultant on all employee and labor relations issues within the assigned business unit.

The ideal candidate will work at both strategic and operational levels to manage various employee policies that affect people at work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, conduct, and/or compliance concerns.
• Interview employees to gather information to facilitate resolution of the concern.
