Opportunity Description
- Responsible for the administration of the entire employee discipline process, from reception and evaluation of incident reports, preparation of notices, conduct of personnel hearing/investigation, and Notice of Decision/Disciplinary Action
- Assign workload and tasks with the Employee Relations Staff for the immediate action and resolutions of an issue
- Train new Employee Relations Staff to familiarize with the various deliverables and strategies of handling assignments
- Review and finalize the Notices prior to the signature of the HR Manager
- Provide advice and guidance with Projects HROs for the government compliance/DOLE reporting and handling of the entire employee discipline process
- Responsible for the monitoring of manpower reduction in all Project sites and Central Office with respect to Project-based employees
- Ensure compliance to general labor standards and DOLE guidelines
