Duties and Responsibilities
- Document and manage employee relations cases, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with policies
- Execute employee engagement activities and initiatives, incorporating HR Supervisor guidance and ensuring successful participation and completion
- Manage the performance evaluation process and ensure timely routing to Department Heads and HR Supervisor
- Update the infraction and evaluation tracker for HR Supervisor review, ensuring data is accurate and current
- Maintain updated personnel files, case documentation, and HR records with accuracy and compliance
- Provide administrative support and process improvement suggestions for HR functions
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all employee records and HR documents
