Opportunity Description
We’re looking for a people-oriented Employee Relations Specialist who’s eager to learn and help create a positive employee experience!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct employee check-ins, wellness monitoring, and engagement activities
- Assist in handling employee concerns, disciplinary cases (NTE/NOD), and incident reports
- Monitor attendance and support basic HR documentation
- Assist in performance appraisals and HR reporting
- Support contract coordination, employee movements, and HR processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
- Atleast 1 year experience in Employee Relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and handle employee relations tasks
