A leading BPO company in Bacolod is looking for a People Advocate responsible for advising on employment laws and mediating employee disputes. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Employee Labor Relations being a plus. The ideal candidate will manage employee policies and work with HR partners for performance-related issues, making insights and recommendations based on investigations. A strong set of interpersonal and communication skills is essential.
