+ Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement
+ Develop process flow maps (Value Stream Maps) to visualize workflows
+ Conduct time studies and capacity analysis to optimize production efficiency
+ Identify and resolve process inefficiencies to enhance productivity
