We are seeking a senior, onsite Engagement Director to lead a large-scale, enterprise learning operations environment in the UAE. This is an embedded leadership role with end-to-end accountability for operational excellence, governance, financial performance, and senior stakeholder partnership.

This role is designed for a hands‑on leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will serve as the senior onsite leader for the program, representing Infopro Learning and providing daily leadership across integrated learning services while shaping long‑term stability, performance, and innovation within a mature enterprise environment.

This role is best suited for a leader who enjoys being close to delivery, making day‑to‑day decisions onsite, and removing operational barriers for teams.
