Engagement Manager

Role Summary The Engagement Manager will be responsible for building and managing resident engagement, community programs, partnerships, events, and resident experience initiatives across co-living properties. The role requires someone who can combine community building, operations, events, and customer happiness to improve resident retention and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. Community Building & Resident Engagement ● Build a strong resident community across properties. ● Foster a sense of belonging among residents. ● Drive resident interaction through structured engagement initiatives. ● Manage onboarding experience for new residents. 2.
