What You Will Do
1.Ensure the accurate of SAP data (BOM/routing/packaging data…), and meet complement lead time. 2.Routing/ST monthly review and analysis: for Paid efficiency and labor efficiency is over 100% to take actions. 3.Work with cross team to meet the goals of IE in terms of productivity improvement, lean project cost saving. 4.Be responsible for new line setting up/Maintenance/line layout/Routing/line balancing/efficiency. Improvement/std time/scrap rate improvement/IE knowledge training. 5.Fully responsible for IE responsibilities in terms of quality & response time. 6.Quotation support for new project and provide the accurate process time to make our cost more competitive. 7.Implement the EHS related requirement in IE department. 8.Work center create and maintenance in SAP. 9.Related IE task support with Fusion launching.
