Opportunity Description
We are representing our client (A Systems Solution Provider) to look for an experienced Voice engineer to complement their existing team.
Responsibilities- Responsible for insuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise voice communications network. This includes installation, maintenance, and management of the NICE voice recording system.
- Operations and Maintenance Services for Avaya Enterprise Telephony Systems, Unified Comms and Contact Centre Solutions.
