What You’ll Do:

Complete Instrumentation engineering design of capital projects. Review designs prepared by external engineering consultants. Prepare P&ID; inputs, instrument index, input/output (I/O) count and assignments, instrument loop diagrams, instrument datasheets and sizing, load calculations. Support detailed instrumentation design, including interfacing to PLCs, SIS/BMS and DCS systems. Develop MRs, pressure hook‑up, installation details, cable selection/sizing, material selection, piping, tubing and tube‑fitting for instruments based on applicable standards and codes for projects from execution through to project closeout. Participate in field reviews and assist planners by providing design‑related input through RFIs and observations.
