Position Overview
Deliver after‑sales technical support and site service for Rehlko’s diesel generator sets and related products. Handle customer complaints, warranty claims, installation, commissioning, and training across the Asia Pacific and South East Asia region, serving distributors, end customers, and key accounts.
Responsibilities- Investigate and handle all customers’ complaints and product failures.
- Provide after‑sales technical support and site service responsibilities to distributors and end customers.
- Review and assist in processing warranty claims from distributors.
- Standby support and 24/7 emergency call for customer support.
- Provide installation, commissioning, and on‑site training for customers according to the scope of the project.
- Handle wide range of diesel generator sets (small to large capacity) to provide support to departments in terms of service and training.
