Job DescriptionKey missions of the position:Field Service Site Engineer - AMC is responsible for managing Maintenance contracts at designated railway sites with a focus on achieving execution targets, safety of man & Machines, deliver contractual commitments, Customer satisfaction, ensuring reliability of the product & services in strong co-ordination with team & customer.Main responsibilities:Manage & execute Maintenance contracts of the designated site ensuing timely service delivery, delivering contractual commitments and compliance with safety and quality standards.Resolve customer issues with strong collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.Spares & inventory management.Ensure feedback of field experience at all stages to improve reliability of the productsPeriodic reporting of the open points of Customer and follow up till the action is closedManage and execute technical warranty activities including fault diagnosis, component replacement, and Customer NCR closureSupport dur...
