Opportunity Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
This role focuses on Level (L) application support and development activities within a cloud-based environment. Responsibilities include working with basic knowledge of API Gateway integrations, S bucket management, data analysis using RDBMS, EC instances, and basic Linux commands to ensure application availability, performance, and reliability. The role requires – years of relevant experience.
JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Level (L) application support, including troubleshooting and debugging issues.
Possess basic knowledge of Python used for application functionality, automation, and defect resolution.
Coordinate with L teams, Business Units (BU), Infrastructure, and Database Administrators as required.
Have basic AWS knowledge to monitor applications, identify and resolve issues, and support basic cloud operations.
