Role Description
Experienced Infrastructure & Platform Services Delivery Engineer to provide the delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure and platform services. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performing environments across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid platforms for Intel based Windows and Linux OS to include Active Directory. The successful candidate will combine strong technical and practical expertise with operational experience and with adherence to service management disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage server lifecycle: procurement, provisioning, patching, decommissioning, and asset tracking.
- Implement and maintain server virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper‑V, or KVM) on Intel VT‑x/VT‑d enabled hardware.
- Monitor server health and performance
- Troubleshoot hardware and OS‑level issues across Windows Server and Linux
