Responsibilities

1. To support New Product & Process Transfer.

  • To fulfill smooth transfer and support qualification of New Product Introduction packages from Technology Development (TD) sites to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) sites and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Facilitate the build of customer, engineering samples for NPI products and packages and supply ideas for cost reduction, process simplification and working flow optimization.

  • Support to maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Process Capability (Cpk); also can identify, investigate, and document quality deviat...
