In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful planning and execution of construction projects, working collaboratively with project managers and team members to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using advanced planning software such as Primavera
- Review and analyze procurement and construction programs for contractors and subcontractors
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, graphs and critical path analyses for weekly and monthly reporting
- Monitor actual progress against construction programs and report deviations to senior management
- Assist in identifying project risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines
