Engineer, STPG PE (FDV-Infrastructure)

Micron Technology is seeking a motivated individual to join the Product Engineering (PE) – Functional Design Validation (FDV) team in the FDV‑Infrastructure role. The primary focus is to define, develop, and maintain the test program infrastructure used for functional design validation of next‑generation Replacement‑Gate (RG) NAND designs, building scalable, reusable, and automated test program frameworks, including AI/ML‑driven initiatives.

• Design and develop novel test algorithms and test programs for validating NAND features and commands.
• Build and enhance the test program backbone architecture, supporting deterministic flows, RSG‑based validation, and new NAND interfaces.
