+ Provide clear vision and strong execution of strategy to improve equipment reliability across the plant.
+ Drive focused improvement initiatives based on data, risk, and criticality of assets.
+ Establish robust preventive and predictive maintenance systems to reduce breakdowns.
+ Standardize maintenance processes, plans, and best practices across all areas.
