The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing engineering teams, preventive maintenance programs, and technical projects in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the plant’s maintenance function, ensuring equipment reliability and uptime.
- Develop, implement, and oversee equipment preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage maintenance schedules and allocate resources for planned and unplanned repairs.
- Oversee plant modifications, upgrades, and new installations to support production requirements.
