Supply chain and component procurement knowledge
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Responsibilities
Plan and establish FATP production lines for new products
Drive NPI builds, line qualification, and production ramp-up
Define assembly, testing, and process workflows
Ensure quality, throughput, cost, and delivery targets
Coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and customers
Conduct pilot builds and improve yield, cycle time, and efficiency
Develop SOPs, work instructions, and ensure ESD/safety compliance
