Engineering Manager - Festive

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Safe operation of the processing and utilities plant as per the OHS Act 85 of 1993.
• Effective management of downtime within a processing environment through focused and results driven management strategies.
• Planning, costing and execution of capital projects.
• Compiling of annual maintenance budget.
• Overall cost control within maintenance environment.
• Managing of a large engineering/maintenance labour compliment.
• Daily interaction with a large number of suppliers in an endeavour to proactively source the most cost effective and quality intrinsic solutions, thereby maximizing plant output.
• Implementation and maintenance of various 20 Keys projects within the engineering/ Maintenance department.
• Enforcing and maintaining continued sustainability projects within the engineering department as per Group policy.
