- Be responsible for supervising engineering department

【Job description (details)】
- Managing the customers' project about maintenance machines and equipment, construction…( Line equipment, steel plants, chemical plants)
- Plan & Quotation work for all repair and installation machine activities of the customer.
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
- Implement workplace safety policies and standards.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Sometimes go on business trips to neighboring provinces (not so often)
