Engineering Manager - Payments Platform

At Perk, we’re building the financial backbone of the world's most‑used business travel and spend platform. Every booking, every reimbursement, every card transaction flows through the infrastructure our Payments Inbound and Outbound Platform teams own. We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to shape what that infrastructure becomes next.

This is a genuinely broad scope: from PSP integrations and payments orchestration to credit card issuing, fraud prevention, and the reconciliation systems that keep our financial data airtight. You’ll be working at the intersection of reliability, compliance, finance, security and operations, where the cost of getting things wrong is real, and the craft required to get them consistently right is what makes this work interesting. The systems you’ll lead are global, process millions of dollars a day, and need to be fault‑tolerant and auditable by design.
