Opportunity Description
We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager / Tech Delivery Manager with strong Salesforce expertise who can code when needed, lead delivery, and manage enterprise client expectations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a player-coach model—driving architecture and delivery while actively contributing to solution design, troubleshooting, and critical development.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–14 years of IT experience with 5–8 years in Salesforce hands-on development
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex, LWC, Lightning Components
- Salesforce configuration & customization
- Integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Solid experience with:
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Exposure to Agentforce, Data Cloud is a plus
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills
- Experience in CI/CD tools, Git, DevOps processes
