We’re building an AI‑driven, omnichannel platform that lets Canadians buy insurance and wealth solutions online or virtually. The Engineering Manager leads a squad, delivering features at startup velocity while ensuring excellent code quality and a healthy, engaged team. What You’ll Do

Lead sprint execution, ownership and delivery commitments. Translate product requirements into clear, executable engineering work. Directly manage developers—hiring, performance, growth and career development. Enforce engineering standards and code quality within the squad. Maintain technical credibility—code when needed and lead technical discussions. Build and maintain a healthy squad culture aligned with Accelerator principles. Remove blockers and manage dependencies with other squads, enterprise teams and vendors. Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery with Product, Design and cross squads.
