Our organization is seeking an Engineering Manager to help deliver high-performance, mission‑critical RF systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Oversee resource planning for new product development and revenue‑focused projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across the product lifecycle to ensure engineering commitments are met.
• Develop, maintain, and audit engineering processes and procedures.
• Lead and manage key engineering projects, including NPI and commercial initiatives.
• Track, own, and report on engineering KPIs.
• Represent engineering in sales order acknowledgements and other important meetings.
• Contribute to technical design and development alongside senior engineering leaders.
• Conduct and approve technical reviews.
