Job Description

• Carry out asset inspections along the assigned region of the North South Expressway based on the Master Inspection Program (MIP) and/or as directed by the Region Manager.
• Update and maintain the NMM Periodical Inspection (PI) database and NOD database based on site inspections and assessments.
• Prepare and document defect findings for submission to the Client.
• Assist the Region Manager or Region Engineer in reviewing periodical asset inspection results to ensure compliance with the TEMAN system requirements.
• Prepare draft periodical inspection reports for submission to Opus International Consultants in accordance with the Master Inspection Program.
• Undertake third-party inspections and prepare assessment reports as required.
• Attend to emergency response situations, conduct site assessments, coordinate necessary rectification works, and prepare reports within stipulated timelines.
