Engineering & Operations Leadership Grad — 3 Rotations

Mondelez International in Spain is offering an Engineering & Operations Leadership Development Graduate scheme. This 3-year program includes three 12-month rotations in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality.

The program aims to develop leadership skills and provide exposure to industry experts while working on impactful projects. Candidates must have a relevant degree and 1 to 3 years of industrial experience, with flexibility to relocate throughout Spain.

Strong emphasis on technical skills such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
