Engineering Operations Manager (IR-506)

Our client is transforming its engineering organization, and data-driven decision-making is at the heart of this evolution. We are looking for an Engineering Operations Manager to join a small and highly impactful team reporting directly to the COO.

This is a transitional, high-visibility role perfect for a senior individual contributor who has been executing at a high level and is ready to step into leadership and take true ownership. You will be the architect of our engineering metrics, bringing standardization, transparency, and actionable insights. You will set the strategic vision for our SDLC tooling while rolling up your sleeves to build dashboards, automate workflows, and measure the ROI of our AI tools.
