Engineering Product Leader (EPL) - VALLS

Core responsibilities

• Developing and delivering cost competitive designs on time, budget, quality target, meeting the customer requirements (Flawless Product Development and Launch).
• Leading the Project Engineering for Projects on Awarded Products (Core electronics) through development, launch and current production.

The position is responsible for

• The Engineering Product Manager works on the scaled level and will interface with the customer and set the product roadmap. They work with the discipline leaders set that roadmap. Moreover, they are the first point of contact to plan changes.
• Engineering customer interface.
• Project Engineering budget, forecast and expense control (resources, expenses and CAPEX).
• Organizing and leading engineering teams worldwide (HW, SW, Systems, Electromech., Safety, Cybersecurity ,Testing, …) according to development needs, assuring engineering deliverables and ex...
