Engineering Quality Leader

The Quality Reactive Leader is direct report to the regional In Field Quality resp.le and leads the Quality Reactive Teams based in the assigned countries.

He owns the technical triage process of all the systemic issues that cannot be addressed easily to a specific cluster of reference (Manufacturing, Supplier, Engineering) in first triage done by Control Tower/QPEL and the related escalation processes (RACE/TOP QUALITY, TSO).

- Any meeting from Quality/QPEL dealing with model field quality issues
- Owns the RACE weekly meetings where he drives the assignment of the target champion, following his Team technical analysis result
- All the escalation meetings done by quality on RACE/TOP Quality issues
- All the escalation meetings done by Technical Service on unsolved issues
- Any stakeholder meeting where a deep dive on specific topic is requeste...
