Engineering Supervisor

The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading the Engineering Department in managing daily engineering operations, project execution, process improvements, and production support activities within a manufacturing environment. This role oversees engineering projects from planning to implementation, including new model introductions, tooling setup, yield improvement initiatives, and process optimization. The position also plays a key role in defect analysis, quality improvement, production support, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure operational efficiency and timely project completion.
