Opportunity Description
A Japanese manufacturer of environmentally friendly marine vessel equipment is looking for a Team Assistant to support their Technical Manager and the engineering team with the daily operations of the technical department, as well as coordinating their frequent business trips across Europe.
TYPE: Part-time role, initially 6 months contract (potential to be extended)
WORKING HOURS: 21 SALARY: €1.593 START: ASAP
LOCATION: Rotterdam, The Netherlands
BENEFIT: 24 days paid holiday, and pension scheme, transportation allowance
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, handle international business trips for the 15 engineers by booking flights and accommodations.
