Engineering Technician

PGS Worldwide is seeking an Engineering Technician in Orlando, FL for a one year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This role focuses on building and supporting prototype and production assemblies while working closely with engineering to identify and resolve design issues before full-scale production.

Required Skills

• Experience with electronic, mechanical, or electromechanical assembly


• Ability to read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, and work instructions


• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude


• Experience working with prototypes or first builds in an engineering environment


• Ability to identify discrepancies and provide feedback to engineering teams


• Experience using hand tools, test equipment, and calibration tools


• Ability to document work and test results accurately
