Collection management for English-speaking customers, including payment follow-up, reminders and dispute resolution. Invoice processing for English-speaking customers, including invoice creation, verification, dispatch and follow-up. Management of English-speaking customer accounts, updating information, processing requests, reconciling accounts and resolving anomalies.
