What you’ll be doing:
Deliver inclusive, high-quality English lessons to KS3/4 pupils with EHCPs
Plan and adapt teaching to meet individual needs and curriculum requirements
Embed reading, writing and oracy across learning
Assess, track and report pupil progress, using data to inform teaching
Provide feedback and set clear targets for improvement
Contribute to school improvement, moderation and best practice sharing
Work collaboratively with English Lead, colleagues and communicate with parents/carers
Support school activities, policies and wider life of the school
What we’re looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a teaching degree or equivalent
