Job Descriptions:
- Respond to calls, chats, or emails from customers who are proactively seeking information about our products or services.
- Your main focus is to close sales from incoming leads (customers who contact us).
- Effectively use your Customer Service skills (empathy and problem-solving) to dispel customer doubts and handle objections.
- Provide detailed, convincing, and relevant information to encourage purchase decisions.
- Accurately record and monitor all interactions and sales statuses in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or a Blended role involving sales targets.
- English proficiency minimum B2 Level.
- Highly motivated by sales targets and with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding quotas.
