The Engagement Educator plays a vital role in supporting high-quality engagement and play across the service. This dynamic role focuses on being present and responsive to children’s needs throughout the day while assisting teams to manage routines without compromising children’s learning and well-being. As an Engagement Educator, you will move between classrooms and environments, offering flexible, above-ratio support while modelling playful, purposeful and positive interactions.

- Based in the suburb of Swan View and is 82 place service, caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 6 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas
- Very close to local coffee shops for lunch time breaks
