The initial contact you will make in enrollment, impacts the entire length of our students journey here at Covista. 



Responsibilities

• Proactively contact and respond to prospective students via telephone, email, and SMS with the use of a contact strategy.

• Assess and qualify prospective student through prequalification or interview to determine if Covista University’s programs meet the academic and professional needs of the prospective student.

• Assist the applicant through the enrollment process by collaborating with other departments to ensure positive application progression, student satisfaction and success.<...
