Key Responsibility:

- Work closely with various IT teams, such as site IT, IT infrastructure, IT security to understand disaster recovery requirement

-responsible for IT disaster recovery (DR) plan creation, maintenance and DR exercise

-Identify improvements on the disaster recovery plan, process, tools, documentations etc. It is to continuous upkeep to ensure it aligns with latest social, environmental changes, which balance between practical adoption, investment and risks;

-participate in DR activity to restore IT service in case of a disaster

-Ensure that processes comply with IT governance policy and process.

-Ensure all personnel with specific IT service continuity responsibilities are adequately trained to fulfil their assigned responsibilities
