Key Responsibilities:
• Be the frontline liaison to maintain resident satisfaction
• Handle all aspects of the leasing process effectively
• Monitor and achieve leasing targets proactively
• Collect payments and inspect properties
• Manage resident move-ins and maintenance issues
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service, sales, or administration
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• MS Office proficiency; SAP is preferred
