Description We are looking for a motivated entry-level accounting team member to support accounts payable operations for an energy and natural resources organization in New Jersey. This long-term contract opportunity is fully onsite and offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced finance environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with invoice processing and financial systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Review payment requests, verify supporting documentation, and help ensure transactions comply with internal accounting practices.
• Assist with accounts payable records management by organizing files and updating financial information in SAP.
