General Description
Customer Care & Experience Concierge assists in the day-to-day activities at the Main Entrance of the lobby and other designated area at discretion of the Management. Arrange assistance such as wheelchairs, as a porter for patients as and when needed. Supports patient engagement by providing courteous guidance, personalized assistance, and ensuring a compassionate, smooth experience throughout the patient’s healthcare journey.
Responsibilities
- Responsible in attending to customers at Main Entrance of the lobby.
- Must have pleasant and positive approach. Courteous, caring, friendly and reliable.
- Greet and direct customers to their respective destination.
- To be point of contact for KcSH’s corporate clients, to their respective destination.
