EQS Reporting Specialist

A snapshot of your day: you will help transform how Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Security (EQS) data is turned into insight. A typical day may include collaborating with global EQS, IT, and Business Area colleagues to improve data quality, automate reporting processes, and develop dashboards that support learning-focused performance management. You will work hands‑on with reporting systems, analytics tools, and emerging AI solutions to reduce manual effort and increase transparency. Through this work, you enable better decisions and continuous improvement across Siemens Energy’s global operations.
